Questions for you before the Mondaytrip follows:
I have countless vacation photos of rolls of film on paper.
Now I want to scan the photos and I need to buy a scanner.
What have you done for experience with scanners? What scanner do you use?
From Weltenburg we went back by boat to Kelheim.
The special feature of this trip is the Donaudurchbruch, the rock walls (limestone) up to 80m high and they are very popular with rock climbers.
The limestone formations have names such as Three warring brothers ... Robber rocks ... Bishop's cap ... Napoleon's suitcase.

Can't help you with the scanner question, no idea. I have many photos on slides - which I took when slides were already obsolete, but ... who knows why!

No scanner experience, sorry. But the pictures are fantastic, the Danube sure looks pretty!
